NUALS MUN 2023

The NUALS MUN 2023 organised by the National University Of Advanced Legal Studies, Kochi is back again to continue the legacy of its past ventures with its 4th Edition and is scheduled to be conducted on the dates of 27th, 28th, 29th January 2023. We present an opportunity for young students across the country to debate real-world problems facing today's international community and develop valuable leadership skills while having a great time!

The NUALS Model United Nations kick started in 2014 and since then has gained immense popularity as one of the country's most premier intercollegiate Model UNs. NUALS MUN has earned its name in the MUN Circle for being an event that every MUN enthusiast eagerly looks forward to.

NUALS MUN 2023 aims to emulate the functioning of the UN and its various committees by allotting various participants seats in different committees as delegates or representatives of their countries. The committees that shall conduct their proceedings for this conference and their agendas are:

United Nations General Assembly First Committee- Disarmament and International Security (UNGA-DISEC): Threat of bio-terrorism and its implications on international peace and security
United Nations Security Council (UNSC): Suez Canal crisis
United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC): Uyghur Muslims genocide
United Nations General Assembly — The Legal Committee: Ownership and Possession of foreign cultural artifacts
United Nations Correspondents Association(UNCA)
