Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas advised the Belgavi-based aerospace components manufacturer, Aequs Private Limited and its promoters, in raising approximately USD 54 million (INR 448 crore) in a Series B funding round. The equity funding round was led by Amansa Capital and also included participation from Catamaran Ekam (the family office of N. R Narayana Murthy), Steadview Capital, Sparta Group LLC and Amicus Capital (through its affiliates).
