Khaitan & Co acted as the Indian Legal Counsel to the issuer, Vikram Solar Limited and the promoter selling shareholders namely, Gyanesh Chaudhary and Vikram Capital Management Private Limited in relation to the initial public offering of equity shares of Vikram Solar Limited. The offer comprises of a fresh issue of INR 15,000.00 million and offer for sale of up to 17,450,882 equity shares by the selling shareholders, including an offer of up to 2,500,000 equity shares by Gyanesh Chaudhary, an offer of up to 5,000,000 equity shares by Vikram Capital Management Private Limited and an offer of up to 9,950,882 equity shares by Anil Chaudhary.
