The 7th ICC India Arbitration Day is taking place on 16 November 2024 (Saturday) at Hyatt Regency, New Delhi from 10:00 am to 07:00 pm (IST).

The much-awaited annual Conference will feature exciting panels on emerging issues in arbitration including the much-anticipated mock ICC Court Session on the challenge of arbitrators that you can observe to familiarise yourself with the behind-the-scene work of the ICC Court! The Conference brings together more than 200 arbitration experts, practitioners, in-house counsel, and speakers from India and abroad, and will include the following sessions:

ICC Institute of World Business Law Advanced Training on ‘Drafting Enforceable Awards’ | 15 November 2024

The Institute of World Business Law Advanced Training on ‘Drafting Enforceable Awards’ (“ICC IWBL Training”) is making its way to India on 15 November 2024 (Friday) at the Hyatt Regency, New Delhi. The one-day advanced training with specially curated case scenarios will cover fundamental aspects of drafting enforceable arbitral awards including:

  • Drafting an arbitral award: which drafting style?

  • Drafting an arbitral award: spotlight on specific issues including (i) Jurisdiction and applicable law, (ii) Damages, and (iii) Auxiliary remedies: interest and costs

  • Introduction to scrutiny of the award by the ICC International Court of Arbitration

  • Working groups: draft award review before scrutiny by the ICC Court

  • Mock Court session: scrutiny of the award by the ICC Court and debate
