Khaitan & Co acted as the legal counsel and advised Stellaris Ventures in the setup of their third fund in India and setup of a fund in Gujarat International Finance Tec-City. The firm also assisted Stellaris Ventures on its discussions with key investors on their investment in the funds set up in Gujarat International Finance Tec-City and India. The funds in India and Gujarat International Finance Tec-City will invest in portfolio entities leveraging technology in different sectors of the economy across geographies in India and other geographies.
The core team consisted of Siddharth Shah (Partner), Vivek Mimani (Partner), Gaurita Udiyawar (Counsel), Chirayu Heddthale (Principal Associate) and Riddhi Maroo (Associate).
