About the Organisers
With a legacy spanning 43 years, Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) has not only secured its place among India’s top 10 B-schools but has also evolved into a distinguished multidisciplinary university. The School of Law at NMIMS, Indore, established in 2019, has quickly emerged as a leading institution for legal education. Offering B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) and B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) programs, the school is dedicated to equipping students with comprehensive legal knowledge, critical thinking, and analytical skills. The Moot Court and Trial Advocacy Society at the School of Law aims to groom budding lawyers and familiarize them with the practical aspects of law. We strive to provide an exceptional mooting experience to aspiring legal professionals.
Details of the Event
This is the 3rd edition of the Moot Court Competition at NMIMS, Indore. The school’s National Moot Court Competitions, initiated in 2021, have quickly become flagship events, attracting law schools from across the country and gaining recognition for their excellence. NMIMS School of Law combines state-of-the-art infrastructure with innovative teaching methods to prepare students for successful legal careers. Its vibrant academic ecosystem and commitment to professional growth make it an ideal destination for aspiring legal professionals seeking to shape the future of law.
Eligibility Criteria
All students enrolled in a three-year or five-year integrated law program from any university, law school, college, or institution can participate in the competition.

Preliminary Rounds will be held on March 22, 2025, in an online mode.

Quarter-finals, Semi-finals, and Final rounds will be held on April 4, 5, and 6, 2025, at SVKM’s NMIMS School of Law, Indore Campus.
Registration Process
Students must register for the competition through the Google Form. They are required to fill out the fields provided in the form and complete the payment formalities mentioned therein. Post-registration, participants will receive a confirmation email from the organizing committee, confirming the team’s registration.

Fee Details

₹3,500 for the Preliminary Round.

If the team qualifies for the Quarter-finals, an additional ₹3,500 will be payable (a separate email will be sent for this).
