Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (“CAM”) advised Logicap and Ecobox, backed by Rava Partners and Alta Capital, on structuring of a composite transaction for acquiring 4 logistics built and fully leased assets in Ranjanagaon, Pune and Sri City, Chennai, spreading across 3.6 million sq. ft., from Indospace.

The transaction documents were signed on 25th September, 2024 and 16th January, 2025 and the transaction was closed on 6th November, 2024 and 7th March 2025.
