IPC is misusing and the Hon’ble Court is not ready to understand that these section are using to hararrs the accused to settle down some disputes between parties which is dangerous for the society in future. these sections has been used by the advocates to settle down the property matters but hon’ble court are depend only on statement of 164 of cr.p.c. . Hon’ble Court do not appply its mind that a children can give statement on order of her parents like child artist play a role in TV serials which is dangerous for future society and innocent persons are being harrassed by law.
