ABOUT
Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Management Studies is organising MAIMS 2nd Justice J.S. Verma ADR & Client Counselling Competition, 2022 & NAVITAS, MAIMS 2nd National Law Fest 2022 after achieving a huge success in the year 2021 with 500+ participants PAN India and presence of eminent personalities from the Indian legal fraternity. The event is scheduled to be held from 23rd March, 2022 to 27th March, 2022 in a hybrid manner (subject to prevailing government protocols).
About ADR & Client Counselling Competition (23rd March-25th March, 2022)
MAIMS 1st Justice J.S. Verma Memorial National ADR & Client Counselling Competition seeks to encourage the effective use of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms and to promote an open exchange of ideas, experience and technical know-how between students and legal professionals which includes five competitions namely- Mediation Competition, Arbitration Competition, Negotiation Competition, Client Counselling Competition and National Asian Parliamentary Debate.
About NAVITAS (26th-27th March, 2021)
In addition to this, MAIMS is proud to present MAIMS 2nd National Law Fest – NAVITAS, which involves various literary and cultural events- National Constitutional Law Quiz, Article Writing Competition, Creative Writing Competition, Extempore Moot Court Competition, Judgment Writing Competition, Solo Singing Competition, Best Out Of Waste, Traditional Dance Competition, Just A Minute, Stand Up Comedy and Poster Making Competition.
ELIGIBILITY
- Students pursuing their five-year/three-year bachelor’s degree in law from a recognised University/College are eligible to participate in the tournament.
- Literary and Cultural Events are open for all students from any recognised university.
VENUE
- The Event will be held virtually through Google Meet & Zoom.
