Prateek specialises in banking, finance and private credit and regularly advises Indian corporates, credit funds, financial sponsors, multi-national banks, and multilateral financial institutions in their structured credit transactions. Some of the sectors Prateek advises in includes oil and gas, real estate, pharmaceuticals, technology, financial services, specialty chemicals, power, transportation, and infrastructure.
Prateek has been acknowledged and recognised as one of the 50 Future Legal Leaders of 2022 by the Indian Business Law Journal.
