On 25-1-2023, the Ministry of Finance notified the Coinage (Issue of Commemorative Coin on the Occasion of 75 Years of Raising of National Cadet Corps) Rules, 2023. The provisions came into effect on 25-1-2023.

The coin will be made from metals, namely, quaternary alloy, silver, copper, nickel and zinc.

The obverse will bear the Lion Capitol of Ashoka Pillar in the middle and the words “Satyamev Jayate” inscribed below it.
