Adaniconnex Private Limited | Acquisition of 100% shareholding of SPPL from Adani Power Limited
Khaitan & Co advised AdaniConneX Private Limited in relation to acquisition of 100% share capital of Support Properties Private Ltd from Adani Power Limited at an enterprise value of INR 1,556.5 crore. The team advised on the following: (i) structuring of the overall transaction; (ii) conducting a limited legal due diligence on Support Properties Private Limited; and (iii) drafting, negotiating and finalizing the transaction documents.
The core team consisted of Ashraya Rao (Partner), Harsh Parikh (Partner), Karan Dattani (Senior Associate), Unnita Bhattacharya (Senior Associate), Akhil Thomas (Associate) and Hansaja Pandya (Associate).
