Khaitan & Co advised Multiples Private Equity (along with its affiliates) in relation to the INR 1200 crore investment round (involving primary capital infusion and secondary sale) in Veritas Finance Private Limited.
The deal was led by Vineet Shingal (Partner), Tanushree Bhuwalka (Partner) and Abir Sarkar (Counsel). The core deal team consisted of Sagarika Chandel (Senior Associate), Vedika Agarwal (Senior Associate), Akriti Sirsalewala (Associate), Anushka Garg (Associate) and Kritika Parakh (Associate).
