Supreme Court: In a plea by TDP Chief N. Chandrababu Naidu seeking anticipatory bail in FibreNet Case, the Division Bench of Aniruddha Bose, Bela M. Trivedi, JJ. adjourned the hearing till 12-12-2023. The Court therefore extended the interim protection already granted in favour of Chandrababu till the next hearing on 12-12-2023.
The Bench also hinted that the judgment in another petition seeking to quash FIR in Rs 371 Crore Skill Development Case was likely to be delivered soon.
