About the Moot
The Professor S.P. Sathe Foundation, set up by the Indian Law Society, organizes the “Remembering S.P. Sathe” event series each year, which includes a Memorial Lecture, a Conference, and an International Moot Court Competition.
It gives us great pleasure to announce that the ‘18th Remembering Professor S. P. Sathe: International Moot Court Competition 2024’ will be conducted from February 23 to February 25, 2024 in an offline mode at ILS Law College, Pune. This Competition will be conducted in association with SCC Online and Eastern Book Company as our Knowledge Partners.
This year’s theme for the entire series is ‘Law and Culture’ and the Moot Proposition for the Competition is based on ‘International Human Rights Violations of the Indigenous Tribes.’ We believe that this will be a fruitful learning experience for the participants and will help them delve into an interesting and challenging field of law.
