Khaitan & Co advised SIDBI Venture Capital Limited (SIDBI) in its investment in Transformative Learning Solutions Private Limited (The Ayurveda Experience), pursuant to the Series C funding round of approximately USD 27 million led by Jungle Ventures, SIDBI, Anicut Capital and Sharrp Ventures.
