Justice remains the greatest power on earth. To that power alone will we submit.
The theme of the seminar is – “Social security Laws related to organized and unorganised sectors in India”.
The competition involves a comprehensive approach towards various topics of Labour Law in terms of theory and implication of law. The seminar would be held in offline mode in the campus itself.
This seminar would provide a platform for participants to exchange ideas and experiences regarding various aspects of Labour Law. The seminar would also help in building a network of stakeholders working together for a more developed and equitable future.
Hence with the objective of providing all the enthusiastic learners with an opportunity to examine the Problems regarding social security in organised as well as unorganised sectors of society from the legal perspective, apply the law and render suitable outcomes, Lucknow University Moot Court Association is organising an offline mode Seminar on Labour Law on 28th of September in the Juris hall, second campus, University of Lucknow.
GUIDELINES FOR PAPER SUBMISSION:
The abstract of paper shall be maximum 300 words, in MS Word 12 point Font in New Times Roman with 1.5 line spacing.
Full paper shall be within 3000 – 5000 words and should be typed in MS Word 12 point Font in Times New Roman with 1.5 line spacing on A4 size paper.

The selected papers will be presented during the seminar and included in the seminar proceedings. Certificates will be provided to all the participants and presenters after the valedictory ceremony.
The selected Papers will be considered for publication in an edited book with ISBN (Charges applicable for selected papers).
ELIGIBILITY
The submission is open to all Law Students registered in Graduate/Post Graduate Course in any Institution/ College/ University. The students can register themselves as a team of 2 or may also seek single registration. There is no restriction on the number of entries from any college or university. The participants shall write a single opinion.
