The Moot Court Society (MCS) of Amity Law School, Amity University Rajasthan, is delighted to announce the National Moot Court Competition 2024. This prestigious competition will be held in two phases: the Preliminary and Quarter-final Rounds will take place online on November 4th, 2024, followed by the Semi-final and Final Rounds, which will be held in-person at the Amity University Rajasthan campus on November 14th, 2024.
About the Competition
The National Moot Court Competition 2024 serves as a distinguished platform for law students from across the country to demonstrate their advocacy skills and legal acumen. Mooting is an essential aspect of legal education, honing the argumentative abilities and fostering critical thinking among aspiring lawyers. Organized by the Moot Court Society (MCS) of Amity Law School, this event aims to promote a culture of excellence in legal advocacy and scholarship.
Competition Structure
The competition will be conducted in a hybrid format:

Preliminary and Quarter-final Rounds: These rounds will be held online via MS Teams on November 4th, 2024.

Semi-final and Final Rounds: The top teams from the earlier rounds will advance to the in-person rounds, which will be held at Amity University Rajasthan on November 14th, 2024.
Prizes and Awards
Participants will have the opportunity to earn exclusive prizes and awards, including:
