Manmeet Singh joins CAM

Manmeet Singh has joined Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas as an Equity Partner in the Dispute Resolution practice, along with a team of 3 partners and their associates. He will be based out of the Delhi-NCR office of the Firm.

He has extensive experience in handling complex and high value commercial litigation and domestic and international arbitrations — both ad hoc & institutional. He has acted for a range of international and domestic clients including large Indian conglomerates, private equity and strategic investors and financial institutions.

Manmeet is known for his expertise in representing clients on investment disputes, disputes concerning the infrastructure, energy, construction and industrial sectors as well as domestic and international banks and financial institutions. He has also acted on matters concerning technology and fintech industry, securities litigation, regulatory investigations and white-collar issues.

He has been recognised as a ‘Litigation Star’ by Benchmark Litigation Asia Pacific 2024 Rankings and “Highly Regarded” by IFLR 2024. He is an alumnus of the National Law School of India University (Bengaluru, 2004) and Columbia Law School (New York, 2007).

  1. Anugrah Robin Frey (Delhi — NCR)

    Anugrah has over 11 years of experience in advising and representing clients on commercial litigation, domestic and international arbitration and insolvency related disputes. He has significant experience in infrastructure, shareholder, technology related disputes.

  2. Alok Shankar (Delhi-NCR)

    Alok has over 17 years of experience and has expertise in commercial disputes in courts and tribunals across the country. His practice includes advising clients on regulatory disputes across sectors such as electricity, airports and broadcasting as well as commercial disputes.

  3. Sairam Subramanian (Mumbai)

    Sairam has over 14 years of experience in advising and representing clients in various areas of civil and commercial litigation, domestic and international arbitration, both ad-hoc & institutional, and insolvency matters. He has extensive experience in acting on general commercial disputes, shareholder & investor disputes, infrastructure disputes and property related disputes.

The team brings in a diverse range of experience and are well recognised in their area of practice.
