Government appoints IAS Sanjay Malhotra as the 26th Governor of the Reserve Bank of India

On 9-12-2024, the Ministry of Finance notified the appointment of IAS Sanjay Malhotra, Secretary, Department of Revenue as the Governor of the Reserve Bank of India for a duration of three years commencing from 11-12-2024.
