The Ministry of Law and Justice on 23-12-2024 notified the appointment of the following Judges as Chief Justice of Himachal Pradesh High Court and Uttaranchal High Court respectively:

Justice G.S Sandhawalia, currently serving as Judge of Punjab and Haryana High Court, has been appointed as Chief Justice of Himachal Pradesh High Court.

Justice Narendar G., currently Judge of Andhra Pradesh High Court, has been appointed as Chief Justice of Uttaranchal High Court.
