Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (“CAM”) acted legal advisors to Ventive Hospitality Limited. Ventive Hospitality Limited (“Company”) undertook an initial public offer of 24,884,120 equity shares of face value of Rs.1 each for cash at a price of Rs. 643 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 16,000 million. We acted as the domestic legal counsel to the Company. The Company is a hospitality asset owner with a primary focus on luxury offerings across business and leisure segments in India and the Maldives.
