ABOUT THE COMPETITION

Theme: International Investment Law

The Fourth Edition of the Moot Court Competition centres around the theme of International Investment Law. Increasing international investment, the widespread adoption of international investment treaties, domestic regulations, and international investment contracts have all contributed to the rise of a new area of international law. This theme aims to stimulate discussions and extensive research on the complexities of global investment treaties, the rights of foreign investors, and the mechanisms for resolving investment disputes. By focusing on International Investment Law, the competition provides a dynamic platform for law students to engage with the evolving landscape of cross-border investments.

The competition will bring together both national and international students, fostering a rich and dynamic environment for cross-cultural exchange and global perspectives. This unique blend of participants will enrich the competition, offering valuable opportunities for networking and collaboration among future legal professionals.
