Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (“CAM”) advised Equinix India Private Limited for acquisition of a 1.38 acre land parcel in Chandivali along with the Data Centre Building constructed thereon from Overseas Packaging Industries Private Limited and Warden Hyforce Private Limited for INR 155 Crores. We undertook due diligence of the sellers title to the Property, advised Equinix on structuring the transaction and assisted in drafting of the transaction documents.
