About:
The XVI NLU Antitrust Law Moot Court Competition, 2025 is being organised in association with Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas and knowledge, research and media partners SCC Online and Eastern Book Company & SCC Times, under the patronage of the Competition Commission of India.
Over fifteen years, the competition has become one of the biggest moot court competitions in the country which consistently witnesses participation from the top law schools in India with more than 35 top law schools participating in 2024. The competition promises a challenging problem, high competition and excellent judging.
Participants will be provided with the opportunity to argue before an illustrious panel of judges, including judges from Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas and the Competition Commission of India.

Provisional Registration:
Please note that the competition is an invite-only event, and invitations for registration have been sent to the Moot Court Committees of respective universities.
Provisional registration, in case the team composition has not yet been determined, can be done by requesting your Moot Court Committee to confirm your university’s participation via email. The same will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis.
For any other universities interested in participating, kindly reach out to us at antitrust@nlujodhpur.ac.in. Slots may be granted subject to availability.

Prizes:

Winning Team: A cash prize of INR 45,000/- three one-year complimentary subscriptions to SCC Online Web Edition worth INR 24,000 each, and a chance at an Internship at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas.

Runners Up Team: A cash prize of INR 30,000/- and three copies of Neha Vyas Competition Law publised by Eastern Book Company woth Rs. 1195/- each.
