ABOUT THE ORGANISER
IMS Unison University (IUU), a constituent of the Unison Education Foundation, was established in 1996 as the Institute of Management Studies. After successfully contributing to higher education, the Government of Uttarakhand granted its approval to establish it as IMS Unison University in 2013. With over 25 years of legacy, the university is proud of its pioneering history, distinguished present, and exciting future.
The School of Law, IMS Unison University, is one of the fastest-growing law schools in North India. It aims to provide exceptional legal education by making it interdisciplinary, with a focus on the convergence of the disciplines of law, social science, humanities, and management studies. Its curriculum is designed to be both highly theoretical and deeply practical.
ABOUT THE EVENT
IMS Unison University is proud to announce the 5th IUU Mediation Competition, which will be held from February 21st-22nd, 2025. This dynamic event provides students with the opportunity to develop and showcase their skills in conflict resolution and negotiation. Through simulated mediation scenarios, participants will learn the art of facilitating communication between disputing parties, working towards mutually beneficial solutions.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
The competition is open to students pursuing a three/five-year L.L.B. Degree Course from recognized law colleges/universities in India, subject to the completion of the registration formalities. L.L.M. students are also eligible to participate.
