Adding to its prestige, the winners will secure a coveted spot at the Warsaw Negotiation Round, offering them an excellent opportunity to showcase their talents on an international stage.
ABOUT THE COMPETITION
The NUJS Mediation Competition is one of the most esteemed competitions in the Indian ADR circuit. Its primary goal is to promote mediation as a preferred method of Alternative Dispute Resolution. We are thrilled to present the 7th edition of the NUJS Mediation Competition in collaboration with Khaitan & Co, Argus Partners and Triumvir Law, with a commitment to achieving greater heights. Over the course of three exciting days, ADR enthusiasts from around the world will engage in thrilling mediation sessions.
Throughout the years, we have collaborated with prestigious organizations and firms, including Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas (SAM), Argus Partners, International Mediation Institute (IMI), CAMP Bangalore, Peacekeeping and Conflict Resolution Team (PACT), Waegger Negotiation Institute (Norway), Transatlantic Negotiation Competition (TANC), and The Negotiation Challenge (TNC). Each mediation session will consist of two co-mediators and two negotiating teams (one representing each party) from different universities. The competition structure includes two preliminary rounds (for all participating teams), followed by the quarter-finals (top 8 teams), semi-finals (top 4 teams), and the finals (top 2 teams).
