About the Competition:
The Presidency School of Law is organizing its 1st Presidency School of Law Arbitration Competition, 2025 in hybrid mode. From 8th March, 2025 till 22nd March, 2025.
Eligibility: Each University/College may register a maximum of TWO teams per institution. Only students pursuing 3-year or 5-year law courses from recognized institutions are eligible to participate.
Team Composition:
Each team must consist of three members:
One Arbitrator, One Counsel, One Client.
Note: The team composition once registered cannot be changed.
Format of Rounds:
Preliminary & Quarter-Final Rounds: Each team will represent both sides, once as Claimant and once as Respondent. The top eight teams based on aggregate scores will advance to the Quarter-Finals.
Semi-Final Rounds: The best four teams from the Quarter-Finals will proceed to the Semi-Finals.
Final Round: The top two teams will compete in the Final Round.
