The Himachal Pradesh National Law University, Shimla and its Centre For Artificial Intelligence and Intellectual Property Rights in collaboration with its media partner, SCC Online; and Knowledge partner The Indian Society of Artificial Intelligence, proudly presents and invites submissions for the National Virtual Intellectual Property Rights Essay Writing Competition, 2025. The competition aims to foster an educational and rewarding experience for students and other participants, further prolonging the interest and development in the field of Intellectual Property rights.
Themes
The Participants are encouraged to explore the following themes:

Effect of Jan Vishwas (Amendment of Provisions) Act, 2023: Decriminalization of IP Law

Registration and Submission
The participants can submit their essays till 11:59 P.M. I.S.T. , 30th April, 2025(Deadline), in the Google Form Link https://forms.gle/gfJnteQPNAvAHun27. A registration fee of ₹ 200 will be charged from students, PhD & LL.M candidates with payments processed at https://erphpnlu.in/anon_evForm.htm?ev=43
Rewards
The Rewards are as follows: 1st Place: ₹7000/ 2nd Place: ₹5000 / 3rd Place: ₹3000 / Publication in SCC Online journal, subject to their editorial process. The announcement of winners shall be done on 15th May, 2025 (Results).
