The High Court has taken the fundamental right of a convict to the extreme. What happens if he is 45 years old at the time of conviction and he is convicted for life. He comes from a poor family. He has his wife and 3 children already. His wife is an illiterate lady, a homemaker having no source of income. She somehow manages the house in his absence from home? Is it necessary for a convict like him to go on parole for fulfilling his wish of procreating one more child in the name of exercising his fundamental right? Or is it more necessary to allow his wife and children to leave peacefully without his company? common sense dictates to prefer the latter.
