ICJ rejects Nicaragua’s application requesting provisional measures to stop German military aid to Israel amidst the current Gaza Conflict
The Court was of the view that Nicaragua failed to show that Germany’s impugned conduct posed an imminent threat of irreparable prejudice to the rights of Nicaragua.

ICJ was of the view that the facts and circumstances are sufficient to conclude that at least some of the rights claimed by South Africa, for which it is seeking protection, are plausible.
