Bombay HC upholds ‘peculiar’ procedure adopted by Shramasafalya Co-operative Housing Society to select a Developer for Juni Sherli Slum
The Court noted that the case was not about simultaneous proposals, and the respondents had followed the requisite procedure and the Departmental decision to reconduct voting by secret ballot was to ensure a fair selection.
